Histamine and sulfites are naturally found in all wine. The only difference is some wines have loads more or a bit less. Some wineries add sulfites as a preservative and those are gonna make you feel worse so avoid those.
Protocol:
Molybdenum - Take 1 capsule BEFORE you start drinking.
Histamine Block - Take 1 capsule per couple of glasses of wine. If you're really sensitive, you may need to take one capsule of Histamine block per glass. Take this with your first sip of wine.
Probiota HistaminX - For long-term support, add Probiota HistaminX. Take 1-2 capsules anytime you need additional support against histamine.
