Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. For bulk or wholesale pricing, please check our product pages for volume discounts. For orders larger than 30, contact us at hello@bluedoorcares.com. Invoicing available on request. All prices listed are in USD. 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within one business day, but it may take up to two business days. Shipments are processed Monday – Friday, though orders placed around federal holidays may experience delays.

International Orders

Minimum order: 10 vials or $1,000 USD

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 weeks

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is beyond our control. In the rare event of a lost or severely delayed order, contact us at contact@simonsrx.com.
