  • Website opt-in: During account creation at bluedoorcares.com/signup, by checking the box that states:

    “I consent to receive SMS notifications about appointments, care updates, and health reminders from Bluedoor Cares.”

  • Text opt-in: By texting START to our designated number, you will receive a confirmation:

    “Welcome to Blue Door Cares! You’ll receive appointment reminders and care notifications. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg/data rates apply.”

  • Platform opt-in: When scheduling services, customers can select their SMS preferences for appointment confirmations and care updates.

SMS consent is not required to receive services.

4. Fees

While Bluedoor services may be free or paid depending on the offering, message and data rates may apply for SMS communications per your mobile carrier plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our platform;

  • Use it for unlawful or harmful purposes;

  • Attempt to breach our security.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse our platform.
